Buenos Aires day 1

We successfully made it to Buenos Aires. We were both exhausted and actually got a decent amount of sleep on the flight. Overall the experience wasn't great, we will never fly American Airlines overseas again. It simply was not as good as the flights we have taken in the past.  After a long wait at customs, we paid our $140 reciprocity fee and were officially in Argentina by 9. We had to wait until 10:45 for our shuttle to the hostel, but it was free so we didn't mind the wait. The first sites we saw of the city were of very run down areas, but further in the city was a bit better. It just is not as nice as western Europe, which isn't really a surprise. This afternoon we had lunch at a nice small restaurant, and then walked around the local area. Tomorrow we plan on visiting a popular market and a few famous neighborhoods like Boca.
